Today the world is quite different from the world our parents or grandparents lived, it is a new world that requires people to learn not only to prepare themselves to be better professionals, but also to direct groups of people.
It is said that he is a boss who has subordinates under his charge, regardless of the hierarchical level, to be a leader you need knowledge and commitment, because that will depend on the scope of the objectives. But the word “boss” does not always go hand in hand with being a leader.
Leadership has the capacity to influence people’s way of being, making them work with enthusiasm in the achievement of goals and objectives, something that authority or imposition will never achieve. That’s why in my dentistry practice, I always try to be this Friend / Boss fusion, and I always try to have a balance between the two, because I think the best way to achieve something, is to do it with friends
